However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return, cancellation, or refund becomes necessary. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and process for such requests.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your BuyoraNest order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, contact BuyoraNest immediately at contact@buyoranest.shop with your order details.
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched by BuyoraNest, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the return conditions outlined below.
1.3 Custom and Bulk Orders
- Custom-made products and confirmed bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- For custom or bulk orders, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation, before production begins.
- A cancellation fee may apply for bulk orders that have already been partially processed.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligible Returns
BuyoraNest accepts returns under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Products that arrive visibly damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Products: Products that differ from what was ordered or confirmed by BuyoraNest.
- Defective Products: Products that are functionally defective upon receipt.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless damaged/defective upon arrival).
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Products returned beyond the return window (see below).
- Perishable or consumable items (e.g., scented candles once opened).
2.3 Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery for standard products.
- For bulk orders, return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, email BuyoraNest at contact@buyoranest.shop with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
2.4 Return Process
- Contact BuyoraNest at contact@buyoranest.shop within the return window.
- BuyoraNest will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, BuyoraNest will provide return shipping instructions.
- Products must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, BuyoraNest will process your refund or replacement.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Approved return of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Product is out of stock and BuyoraNest is unable to fulfill the order.
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval by BuyoraNest.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, etc.).
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside BuyoraNest's control.
3.3 Partial Refunds
BuyoraNest may issue partial refunds in cases where:
- Only part of the order is returned or eligible for refund.
- Products show signs of use or minor damage caused after delivery.
- Custom items with partial production completed are cancelled with applicable deductions.
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to BuyoraNest's error).
- Processing fees or service charges on bulk or custom orders.
- Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of order.
4. Exchange Policy
BuyoraNest offers product exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return request. If the replacement product is unavailable, BuyoraNest will offer a full refund.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your BuyoraNest order arrives damaged due to transit, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Contact BuyoraNest at contact@buyoranest.shop within 24 hours of delivery.
- BuyoraNest will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
